Acceptance
By accessing or using Adamlead, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Adamlead data for legitimate B2B purposes only. You must not:
- Use the data for unsolicited bulk consumer messaging in violation of anti-spam laws.
- Resell or redistribute the raw database.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls, including credit limits.
Free trial, credits and plans
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial that includes a small number of contact reveals. No payment details are collected for the trial and nothing is charged when it ends; at that point access to the data is paused until you choose a paid plan. Accounts created before 1 October 2026 keep the Free plan and its monthly allowance.
Paid plans grant a credit allowance for revealing contacts: monthly plans for each billing period they are paid for, and the Lifetime plan every month for as long as we operate the service. Credits do not roll over unless stated. Revealing a contact you have already unlocked does not consume an additional credit.
Billing
Purchases are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your purchase. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. The Lifetime plan is charged once, at purchase, with no recurring fee and no renewal. Subscriptions bought earlier continue on their existing terms until cancelled. See our Refund Policy.
Data accuracy
We work to keep contact data accurate and label its confidence, but we do not warrant that any specific record is correct or current. You are responsible for how you use the data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. A Lifetime purchase grants access for as long as we operate the service; it does not oblige us to operate it indefinitely, and if we discontinue the service we will give notice. You may cancel a subscription at any time, and access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adamlead is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
