Acceptance
By accessing or using Adamlead, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Adamlead data for legitimate B2B purposes only. You must not:
- Use the data for unsolicited bulk consumer messaging in violation of anti-spam laws.
- Resell or redistribute the raw database.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or circumvent access controls, including credit limits.
Credits and plans
Paid plans include a monthly credit allowance for revealing contacts. Credits refresh each billing period and do not roll over unless stated. Revealing a contact you have already unlocked does not consume an additional credit.
Billing
Subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for your purchase. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
Data accuracy
We work to keep contact data accurate and label its confidence, but we do not warrant that any specific record is correct or current. You are responsible for how you use the data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adamlead is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
